Q: Are you a free recycler?
A. Although for many clients removal does end up to be free; we do charge to recycle equipment that is not re-marketable. Our recycle rate is $.25/lb. which is $.10/lb cheaper than our competitors. Our specialty is re-marketing and we get as much value out of your equipment as possible, trying to save you as much money as possible.
Q. What kind of equipment do you give
reimbursement for?
A. We give reimbursement for any equipment that still holds some market value. In most cases we really couldn't put a value on your equipment until we evaluate it, that's why we set up free, no obligation equipment evaluations to give you an estimate of what your equipment is worth.
For PCs we reimburse for some higher level Pentium 3 and all Pentium 4, for Macs most G4s, and up, most laptops Pentium 2 and up.
Q. What happens to my equipment?
A. All re-marketable equipment and components are reused; while all scrap is sorted and distributed through out network of licensed recyclers that specialize in different materials, to be broken down to its raw materials so it can be reused.
Q. I only have a few things, can I drop it off?
A. Yes, we encourage drop offs at our Processing Facility conveniently located at:
7509 W. 27th St.
St. Louis Park, MN 55426

Q. How does a generator know a collector or
recycler is legitimate?
A. Be realistic. At this time there is a limited recycle market for e-waste and legitimate recyclers will charge a substantial fee to accept it. The price a generator will pay will vary depending on the transport distance and the type of e-waste being collected. Be suspicious of bargains. A legitimate collector who must cover their own costs, plus pay the recycler will certaintly cost more than a collector who intends to collect and abandon the waste properly.
Reminder: If you are identified as the source of an abandoned waste, you will be a responsible party in the cleanup
